Pete's Bio
In the beginning...
Peter "Pete" Duignan was born and raised in Ireland.
His father was a busy country doctor and his mother had been a nurse. They raised him along with his 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Pete is the youngest in the family. The Duignans lived just outside a small village (Frenchpark, in County Roscommon - birthplace of the 1st president of Ireland) in rural western Ireland.
Pete attended elementary school in Frenchpark and high school in Boyle and Ballaghadereen (both historic and beautiful towns in County Roscommon). He graduated from University College Galway, Ireland with a Batchelor of Science degree.
Soon after - like many of the Irish - he got the travel bug...
He lived in London, England for 3.5 years, working initially as a bar tender and food server before entering the technology industry. He moved to Sydney, Canberra and Darwin, Australia for 7 years then relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA in 1994. Since then, Pete has lived mostly in Las Vegas with just a short time working in Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona.
Work, travel and leisure...
Pete's work history includes technology consulting and project management - programming, systems analysis, operations management, network administration, software sales, technology training and technology business ownership. He was very fortunate to choose this career path - it allowed him to travel, meet and work with many interesting people and companies.
He started his real estate career in 2002. He bought a new home in Las Vegas and thought - hey I can do that! Since then, he has developed a successful real estate business with many happy clients, including repeat clients and client referrals. His goals are to keep growing his business and help his clients become successful with their Las Vegas real estate.
